They are very good at scheduling appointments. I've been here several times and they listed well and quickly sorted out any issues. This specific time I've waited for a week to hear back results and haven't heard anything yet. So follow up needs some work. Or knowing they should call in between diagnosis if there is going to be a longer process of tests etc than they originally said.

After phoning for an appointment, was told I would be phoned back within one hour. Was phoned and given an immediate appointment half an hour later.

The doctor seemed distracted,uninterested,and forgot to leave my prescription.If I had a serious problem I would not go there.

There have been hipcups with the service offered before when some staff with little experience have seen patientes, which was dissapointed as they really did not have a good idea and more or less have guess to prescribe. But lately every Dr I have seen have been a good experience and they were very efficient. The staff at reception are efficient as well. Overall satisfaction when attending surgery.

The doctors are great but the receptionists are awful, unhelpful and rude.
